Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Drafts and Postal Orders. However, we regret that we are unable to accept credit cards from some countries.
The billing address you provide must be the card holder's address. That is the address the bank has on record and is also the address where your credit card billing statements are sent. If you do not accurately provide this information, your order could be delayed in processing.
All orders will be mailed to the billing address ONLY. Credit card changes will not be applied until all inventory has been verified and is ready to ship.
PayPal Payment
If you are having difficulty submitting your credit card for payment, we recommend using PayPal as an alternate payment option for both domestic and international orders.
With a PayPal Premier or Business account, we can accept credit card and bank account payments from buyers in over 190 different countries and regions worldwide, in several currencies.
If you do have a PayPal account, you may create a new account here.
NOTE: To reduce the risk of fraudulent purchases, all PayPal payments must be confirmed, no exceptions! If you send a PayPal payment with an unconfirmed address your order may be delayed and DCFE reserve the right to cancel any orders placed without a confirmed PayPal address.
Overseas Orders
All prices on our website are in Euro. If you are outside the Republic of Ireland and wish to calculate your purchase price in your local currency, you must calculate your purchase price using any online currency converters.
In an effort to protect our customers, DCFE reserves the right to require the following as proof of identification:
- Two (2) valid forms of photo identification that include the name, photograph and signature of the cardholder. Valid forms of identification include a valid passport, drivers licence, or national ID card. At least one proof of identification must include the same address as the one entered during the order process. Without two forms of identification and at least one of the forms showing the recipient’s address, we will be unable to process your order.
DCFE reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the "proof of identification" requirements.
